well, this sucks dick and balls, quite frankly. am i allowed to say that here? the same thing happened to me, the most insidious virus i've ever even ... even HEARD OF ... got into my last laptop somehow, despite the fact that i was running avast, spybot and malware bytes. now, wtf is a person to do if that wasn't enough? anyway, i fought for like 6 weeks in order to get sony to honor their stupid warranty and replace the p.o.s. i wish they would've just given me the money to get a different brand.
well, THERE is a story that is REALLY neither here nor there, as they say. but there you have it. hope you're back soon :)
